Many of us have been conditioned to believe that life is a constant battle of striving, that success demands exhaustion, and scarcity is the default state of reality. But there is a truer, deeper reality.True Goodness — what the ancient Hebraic tradition calls Tov — is the presence of divine harmony and right alignment. It is life functioning as it was designed to function: whole, beautiful, fruitful, and free.It is the space where beauty, freedom, joy, and abundance naturally return.

Carmen Marie is Awakening Goodness — a return to the goodness of life, where joy, ease, freedom, and abundance are not things we have to earn, but the natural state we return to when life is brought back into wholeness.For over 15 years, I have operated inside the fast-paced engine of organizations; supporting projects, talent acquisition, and people operations. I have spent my career studying how humans work together and what elements cause an environment to thrive. From coordinating massive enterprise transitions and managing healthcare initiatives, to leading workflow redesigns and full-cycle talent acquisition for scaling businesses, I have been trusted to bring structural order to human environments.What I discovered is that true operational fluidity is not just about logistics, it is an art of alignment. I founded Awakening Goodness to serve as a bridge between structural strategy and deep restorative design. Whether I am helping architect the human operating system of a growing company, restoring a physical landscape, or creating spaces for joy and renewal, my work is to eliminate the pain so that life can naturally return to its most abundant, coherent design.Ultimately, Awakening Goodness is an invitation to step out of scarcity, exhaustion, and survival mode.
